We connect with our senses in an easy way so we can adapt all practices in daily life. This course its a great source for everyone who wish to start practicing more on his / her attention, focus, memory, being more to the present moment, feeling more happy and released. Aim of this course is to understand and experience the state of mindfulness to be more ready to move on with the course of Mindfulness (8 weeks) or in any other kind of Meditation practice.
