MEDITATION ADVANCED course
The advanced Meditation course encourage practitioners to move deep into Hridayakasha & Laya Yoga meditation practice where one can experience a deep alter state of mind that allows us to open up into our true self. Through Hridayakasha meditation we are speaking of the witness consciousness, that intimate observer of all our thoughts, actions, emotions, sensations, the mind and the entire Universe. An expansion and opening of love naturally occurs. While through Laya Yoga meditation, we concentrate to integrate microcosm to the macrocosm. These practices must be undertaken with a competent teacher who has the personal experience and initiation into this technique.
