Prenatal & Postnatal classes are designed to offer support physically and emotionally to all women form the first trimester of the pregnancy till the last day. Women right after giving birth they are encouraged through yoga to adjust to the new lifestyle.

PRENATAL & POSTNATAL YOGA
A harmonious program for a proper development of a pregnant woman at every level: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual. Main concept of those classes are to offer the best for every woman who is in this great period of her life in all levels! We arrange the classes according to the needs of everyone at the level of the body, mind, emotional, stress etc. The class is based on prenatal and therapeutic hatha yoga, physical exercises, safe aerial exercises, relaxation techniques etc.

• Suitable for every pregnant woman over the 3 month of her pregnancy with doctors advice.
• Suitable for every woman right after a natural delivery or 2-3 months after Cesarean delivery.

PRENATAL & POSTNATAL AERIAL
You are welcome to join our gentle Prenatal & Postnatal Aerial Yoga classes that combines, traditional prenatal hatha yoga asanas / poses on the floor and gentle asanas on the hammock. Often hammock is used in different levels form the flour as a prop to help body to practice better the poses. Those unique classes are very gentle, easy to all pregnant women, playful, full of stretching and very very relaxing!
