KIDS’ YOGA

Kids’ classes are designed to offer children ages 5 to 12 a fun and playful way to begin learning about their body, feelings and thoughts. Classes combine different aspects of alternative practices aiming to offer the best for their growth. Kids Yoga invites kids to learn simple asanas, being part of a group, learn how to collaborate and connect in the society. This is a relaxing and encouraging practice in a safe space where giggles are always welcome.

• No previous experience required.
• Duration 45 or 55 minutes

KIDS’ AERIAL

Kids’ classes are designed to offer children ages 5 to 12 a fun and freeing way to begin learning about yoga, these unique classes have benefits above building strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Kids’ Aerial Yoga invites kids to learn simple asanas, inversions, and arm balances all while swinging or hanging in the air. This is a relaxing and encouraging practice in a safe space where giggles are always welcome.
