AERIAL YOGA

Aerial Yoga is a unique hybrid practice that combines traditional yoga poses with strengthening components and fun of Aerial Arts. It is done on soft fabric trapeze hanging from the ceiling. In Aerial Yoga the body is supported in mid-air and with the help of gravity yoga poses are explored in a new exciting way that strengthens the whole body, while enhancing body’s proprioception, proper alignment, decompression of the joints and relaxation of deep muscles and fascia. Fear and tension are released while building self-confidence and having loads of fun!

FLOW AERIAL

Flow Aerial Yoga is a unique hybrid practice that combines traditional yoga poses with strengthening components and fun of Aerial Arts. It is a classes open to everyone who already have trained in to the basic practices of Aerial Yoga and they can follow easily all instructions and the flow of this playful class. During the class of Flow Aerial Yoga we are creating a moving sequence (vinyasa) that is fun, exciting and uplifting.

UNNATA® AERIAL

Unnata Aerial Yoga uses the hammock to help students hold their bodies in the shape of traditional Yoga postures, the weight of the body being either partially or fully supported by the hammock. Many Unnata Aerial Yoga postures are designed to help the student better understand the purpose of traditional Yoga postures and to help students achieve advanced traditional Yoga postures. The Unnata Aerial Yoga technique achieves more than a simple stretch.
